Organized by the Philippine KPOP Committee, Inc., the landmark of all KPOP events in the country is back and ready to make history once more!
The Philippine KPOP Convention is truly the biggest gathering of Pinoy KPOP enthusiasts. The first one in the world was held last Dec 2009 and was participated by literally thousands of screaming and happy fans. This year, it’s bound to be even bigger and much more epic with the theme “2010: The Year of Kpop”.
The local fan clubs, which include Cassiopeia Ph, Super Junior United Ph, Ukissme Ph, 2NE1 Ph, Wonderful Ph and Girls Generation Ph, among many others, have come together not merely to participate but to make this event a reality. More than 40 fan clubs will be represented in this epic event.
The Pinoy Kpop fans can expect a lot from this annual gathering/variety show/convention. There will be contests like the 2nd Philippine KPOP Dance Battle, KPOP Kosplay Year II and the KPOP Idol Look-alike. There will also be the K-street fashion show courtesy of YesStyle.com and exclusive album launches from our record label partners, as well as performances from special guests such as PoinTen, Stylettos and many more! Attendees can also participate in the different activity booths of the fan clubs, join the games during the program and of course, check out the items of the many concessionaires. But one of the highlights of the event is the 2nd Philippine KPOP Awards, which should not be missed by any Kpop lover.

All proceeds of this event will go to GAWAD KALINGA, a movement that envisions to end poverty by building communities and making heroes out of ordinary Filipinos. There will be no actual ticket-selling for Kpop Con 2. In lieu of tickets, we will have a minimum requirement of Php150 donation to Gawad Kalinga.
